Fetch the record for provider details for requested provider ID

Retrieve the details of a specific provider based on the provided provider ID.

GET/api/hiecm/gateway/v3/providers/{provider-id}

When invoked, it queries the system to fetch comprehensive information about the provider identified by the given ID.
